You would need surgery for actual ”hunter” eyes but they would improve if you did what he said
Your cheekbones look extremely flat so you should focus on that instead of your eyes which are fine

I’m fine with my eyes not being 100% “hunter”. I have positive canthal tilt, little to no scalara show, and they are narrow. When I make my eyelashes and eyebrows more prominent than I think that they would look so good.

Hopefully mewing can make my cheekbones a tad more prominant. At the moment I am ~11% body fat and am planning to get to 6% and stay there for as long as I can.

hmm then MSE would not be a good option. Id probably recommend dropping even more body fat even tho u look slim alrdy or just get implants

My average smile is pretty broad.

I don’t want to go to the level of getting implants. My midface is also pretty compact with a ratio value of ~1.05 so that really doesn’t help my ogee curve.

My eyes are fairly narrow I thought? In that one picture I was opening them a bit wide.
