I'm plucking atm, but I'm low IQ and don't do it properly. Also, it grows back because I am too lazy to do it consistently for months. As for parts without hair, my eyebrows have been like this since 3 years old so idk whether minoxmaxx would help. I would probably need eyebrow surgery to get normal eyebrows.
