It might be, i think any eye color might look great depending on person face over all, but green is the rarest so i can see where it’s coming from

yeah, but js by having a dark hair and light eyes it makes some diference, creates a better aspect, even if the face is not that good

Yeah, i mean it’s definitely works this way, also it works for blue eyes this way. And also unlike dark eyes light one could work with light hair and eyebrows creating ethereal look, not alien/dead shit like light eyebrows + black/brown eyes
