your infras have tear throughs and you look lean still you have upper eyelid exposure
And your lower part of eyes shows sceral confirming infras being not supportive
You do not have a well defined medial canthus
Solutions
- implants for the infras get PEEK not the silicone ones save up money ure still young
SIlicone ones can look fake
-fat grafting to the supraorbitals
-dont get epicanthoplasty for the medial canthus cut not worth it with the potential risks for life ignore it
it cant be fixed
- upper eyelid exposure can be fixed with surgery although fat grafting to the supras should cover it in your case its minimal

for the problems you have you can do anythign to fiw them only surgery works maybe you could try squinting but you cant squint 24\7 can you? for infra orbital ig you try it but you should visit a dermatologist he will give you better advice for your infras

You have a good canthal tilt and good eye color
bonesmash infras and supra orbitals and zygos, just get more bonemass, dye ur brows one shade darker than ur hair color and grow ur lashes and brows(very important but it’s mostly genetic) and if ur lashes grew longer dye them blue black or just black
Otherwise they pretty good

Are u younger cuz ur eyes look young (round and proportionally big). Thicker eyebrows obviously. Try curly lashes and grow them if possible. Improving bizygomatic witdth to make it wider would help. Idk if u could do that naturally tho. Maybe bonesmashing. Slightly wide nasal bridge and droppy upper eyes in the outer corner (although u do have pct so it’s not the most important). Color is good, spacing is good, pct is good. Slightly squinting would help u just don’t overdo it so ppl can’t tell
