Your canthal tilt is negative and your upper eye line curves downward, your eyebrows make this worse because if you look at the sides of the eyebrow you'll see that they curve downward too which ruins harmony. You should grow the eyebrows more and then cut it in a way that makes it straight and without the edge curving down to balance it.
