How can i fix constant death stare? (Surgeries)

Im not that knowledgable on eyes, cuz most of the time its a very risky part of the face. You dont have a death stare, but you look tired. I can list your flaws tho

-straight eyebrows that are brown
-sceleral show
-dark circles
-not a wide pfl
-eye colour
-no nct but also no pct
-maybe also a negative vector from the side

Yeah those and maybe fat grafts. Just research or ask other more knowledgable about eye surgeries around here
