Mild ROI imo, I can't tell wether your infras are recessed due to low amount of volume e.g fat (most people) or a structural issue where an infra orbital rim implant is needed (but more invasive with mixed results). Secondly because you have high amount of negative CT, a realistic cantho wouldn't probably give you neutral CT it can only raise a few degrees.

Google ai: A lateral canthoplasty can typically raise the outer corner of the eye by about 2 to 4 millimeters (or roughly 3 to 5 degrees of angular change), depending heavily on your individual eye anatomy and skin laxity.
