What would you guys rate this, and are green eyes good or is it worth getting blue contacts for a halo?

Good shape, good hooding, good PCT. Colouring is meh, eyebrows could be black (dye asap), eyelashes could be black + longer (castor oil/peppermint perhaps). Slightly too much sceleral show but you are looking up to fraud. 7.5-8/10

Squinch and muscle exercises to try tighten the muscles/perma squinch/surgery. You should also look into concealer for dark undereyes (if you have them). If anyone notices a change (they won't) you can just say you were sleep deprived.

The medial canthus is the most inner part of the eye where the upper and lower eyelid meets, ideally it should be long and downturned

Ur eye area is fine focus on ur lower third and midface. Oculoplastic surgeries are risky and not worth it in ur case
