uhh i do it in sets at home , if you are outside if would say you should hold your squinch as along as you can eventually the duration would increase and try to look without neck movement for sideways direction if you keep the squint stable it would last longer {pause].

I have flaws for eg my chin is short my chin to Philtrum ratio is 1:2 and asymmetry in jaw and lips not that much but i have asymmetry i can send you my pic if you want

I can send you my pic if you want but my body fat percentage is very high around 20 -25 % and i have many flaws like short chin asymmetrical lips big nose
