It doesn't make your eyebrows much darker but it does improve them overall. I would recommend using it as it's worked well for mine but it probably won't solve your coloring issue although mine were already black when starting so I wouldn't know. I know there is other easy solutions to get them darker though, just don't dye yours too dark as it will not fit your pheno. Try different colors using filters to find what looks best for you

Mine are reasonably dark, but it didn't show up due to the lighting (my camera is horrible). I think I just need to fill them in, they're too weak
