If your pupils are this small, you're probably illuminating your eyes with an unnaturally high amount of light. How does your color look like in a darker room?

what can I do to improve eyebrows ? for the eyelashes ive already tried to dye them in black and curling them but because of my hooded eyes they are invisible it's over
