Do you have a properly taken side?
Also it may be your mandible, lots will fall into the trap of thinking they have a receded chin.
(Your chin may also play into it by being underdeveloped tho)

Just prop your phone on something flush and pose perpendicular so that no parts of the other side of your face are visible.

There are many jaw surgeries depending on how much you’re willing to spend, but if you want to go softer you might be able to just get away with a chin implant.
