I found my photo on a document where there should not be any distortion of proportions and was horrified at how subhuman I am.
I decided to make a morph to estimate what I would need to become more or less normal.
In the first picture there are two morphs and one original. Don't pay attention to the color of my face, I didn't change it on purpose.
The second and third are my profile and a frontal selfie for the full picture.
What I did:
1) Increased the height of the lower third, I think, as bimax cw(clockwise) would do it.
Also corrected the asymmetry and added more definition(implants should be able to handle it, I don't need too much weight after bimax I think)
2) Lengthened the height of the nose vertically. I don't know if a modifiable bimax can do this, but I need it as my nose is too short and breaks the harmony.
3)Made the back of the nose clearer and without bloat. I don't know if rhinoplasty is capable of this and I may need to put something in the back of my nose for a good result.
4)Lengthened and reshaped my eyebrows. My understanding is that even with an eyebrow hair transplant this is difficult to achieve, so I will also have to put an implant on the lateral supraorbital arch to widen that area.
5)Changed the shape of cheekbones by raising them up and adding a little more definition with a little reduction in the widest part. Hopefully a similar effect can be achieved with custom implants without bone sawing or osteotomy.
6)Made the eyes with a longer pfl and widened them a bit. No idea how this can be implemented in real life other than with obo and a tripod, but without that the harmony just goes the fuck away, seriously.
7) Increased the height and width of the forehead as a helmet implant would do. Since I feel worse with a lower forehead.
This whole thing is making me depressed.
Maybe I'm missing something and my change composition is not right?
What can be done in your opinion?
