Yep I saw 2 orthodontists for this (1 of them is specialized in MARPE and others palate expanders), and they told me that my palate is ok and that I dont need it, that’s why I want to do the trimax (so including the maxilla surgery) instead. I can show you my palate (here or on dm) and you tell me if it’s narrow or ok, in your opinion ?

You can dm me however trimax wont add width bhai i recommend looking into zygo implants if sarpe isnt plausible and jaw angle implants
