Hi,

forget the lazy beard.

I was thinking about doing the following (have access to a good surgeon in the area):

- Fat grafting at infra-glabellar site for more glabella projection.
Brow ridge is also shit but results I've seen from Brow ridge implants put me off somehow.

- Infraorbital rim implants

And/or

- Periorbital fat grafting (Under-eye for support, plus upper eyelid for hooding)

(Lost all my periorbital fat in a matter of months, chalk it up to tretinoin use near eye area)

-- Nose too long because of long midface and convex profile, I'm considering Rhino if I can't get jaw fillers and better glabella structure.

-- Jaw Fillers for recessed mandibula and narrow jaw, can't do more here since problem is recessed long midface, CCW rotation is not considered, and chin is somehow projected.
