Just with the ears, do you think they majorly stand out or majorly effect the overall look? Or are they simply just bad ears compared to other ears

Lol love that example. The fact is though that I actually had otoplasty when I was 16. They used to be more like the FA cup. But the tips of my ears were not what was worked on, only the conchal bowls.

Back then they made my overall head look very large. Most people didn't actually notice the ears stuck out.

I don't mind if they just look like regular sticky out ear tips, but if they still greatly affect the aesthetic of the rest of my face it does frustrate me
