Don't lose weight, gain muscle instead, but don't bulk too much.
You need to lean bulk over a period of at least 1 year and a half while getting stronger. Then, you will look a lot better.
Like me, your face is pretty average and your body is too weak, so your main goal should be to get muscular.
It's not possible to get muscular when ripped, so it makes sense to first get muscular, and then you can focus on getting ripped.

You have right about my lips and neck. Shape of the head maybe looks like that, because i have full dolichocephaly head and i think my profile looks better than front.
