Basicly yea. Unless youre contest prepping or cutting anavar is next to useless imo. It serves no special purpose and it being hair safe is a meme
Maybe has some benefits for tendon repair, but idek.

Safest cycle for a beginner is really test only with dht and estrogen control, whatever that may be.
