So im 18 taking vitamin d 5000iu, zinc 25mg, vitamin b, omega 3-6-9, vitamin c 500mg, l theanine (200 mg),ashwagandha ksm 66 (500mg),600mg of Maca, maybe ill add vitamin a (retinol), in the morning and then when i get home from school i take magnesium taurate, maca(1200mg) and l theanine(200mg), and then in the evening i take 500mg of aswagandha ksm66 again, triphala sometimes and 30 minutes before i go to sleep i take magnesium glycinate, opinions on this stack? im just trying to be more sociable and a have a little more energy (i consume coffeine in the noon(before 2pm) and morning)
