Can you guys rate me and tell my flaws. Tell everything and tell what is good on me, i have terrible symmetry and if you can give any advice ill accept it.

Im 17 and im on puberty i guess, is it possible to gain bone mass like thien, plus i wanted to cut my left lips so i can escape one of my most insecurities thing that causing me terrible symmetry
