title says my situation

my waist is 29 or 30 in, and my bidelt is 20.5 in

i bench 100kg, squat 120 and deadlift 180

what would you guys rate my frame and genetics for gym

also, when and what should i hop on

You look pretty decent for a natural. For some reason in the 2nd pic your skeleton looks like its 9 years old and weak, maybe its the chest, idk. Do more chest and lats for a more balanced physique muscle look with double b pose
