You can't expect a good frame if you've barely played sport, gone gym etc. The most blessed genetics even need to train. Naturally when you exercise/workout at a high intensity you promote testosterone, so it's little to do with testosterone man.
Honestly I wouldn't even care what my body looked like right now if I were you. You're basically just starting out and you're 6'1, but you need to get a move-on once gyms reopen.
