True I've got sick obliques when I tense them so I reckon if I work out my obliques will be wider than my hips trust me g

looks average. not a bad thing. you can look aesthetic with an average frame if you lift consistently and get lean.

Fact you're 6'1 means you have it all there in-place to work from. Base/foundation.

ATM your body is a joke, but you're probably 17/18. Plenty of time to gymmax. Should make a progress thread to show how it develops over the months and years.

Ok so you couldn't help but be negative fair enough I get you I'm 19 I've got good obliques that are wider than my hips it's just you know hard to exercise at this time and I've got repressed testosterone still virgin so you know I have that youthal look cause of that but Ill be sure to keep track when everything is sound g

You posted a picture of your physique and asked people to rate the frame and so I'm not sure what more to tell you. You can't expect a good frame if you've barely played sport, gone gym etc. The most blessed genetics even need to train. Naturally when you exercise/workout at a high intensity you promote testosterone, so it's little to do with testosterone man.

Honestly I wouldn't even care what my body looked like right now if I were you. You're basically just starting out and you're 6'1, but you need to get a move-on once gyms reopen.

PS: Zero reason to be insecure about it man.

Yea Yea I will g but no with the testosterone things helps with you know muscles and being naturally leaner but I get you and I will g

Bodyfat levels grr the disturbution of fat is a throw of I wouldn't have high expectations of woman if I was ugly I'm just a chubby man who hasnt done much exercise but has good genes trust me here's my dad he's on the left he didn't receded he shaved it all off
