Good frame. You don’t like you lifted in your Life. So improve everything. Shoulders are disproportionately larger than the rest. They are still small but it looks like you only trained shoulders for couple of weeks and nothing else.

Thank you. Yea i only started lifting 2 months ago but idk why my shoulders are larger.

It’s good. Large shoulders, disproportionately large shoulder are attractive.

Okay that’s good. So right now i am at 72 kg. My goal is to bulk up to 85 kg and then cut. I’m eating 3300 kcal a day with 150g protein and lifting 3 days a week. Is this a good approach?

No. Bulking is bullshit. Just maintain(maingain). Eat what you need and eat like 150g protein a day.

okay how do i know how much calories i need? So not even a small surplus?
