im just from the mountains brother
but yea I supplemented early
my sleep was bad tho some periods i only slept 6 hours

i feel like with good sleep i could’ve gotten 2 inches taller but 6‘5 is already more than enough
feel like foids are intimidated by my height

Posing changes your frame. Thats why your left body side looks less wide than your right body side

I noticed that as well.

Posing aside, the way his body is tilted up on the right side seems to show that his muscles on the right side are more developed than the left side.
it’s not that deep at all just a the angle and the illusion cause my right side didn’t fit in the narrow mirror

atleast 20k IE of vitamin d3, 500mg magnesium, atleast 50mg zinc, like 8g creatine for my weight (depends how much u weigh and the rest just what it says on the box

not even sure if one of his muscles is less developed. But just by bending your arm your side delt and rear delt get pushed into a more rounded wider shape
