i gymcel for posture a lil but i have very little muscle mass. like 2 kilos. i dont really hit shoulders its 90% genetics i had a v taper even in primary school when i was narrower. i have dabbled a bit in gh secretagogues and gh this year which got me here from 21 to 23 but i hyperesponded and it was not just clavicles my ribcage widened too and scapula.Do you have a 23 inch bidelt due to genetics and gymcelling or did you somehow grow your clavs

it would be dishonest to lead you on that theres some one size fits all tip. I had the base to start with. its a great halo now for me im just glad i got so lucky
