Rate my frame

I am 6’4, i currently weigh 195 pounds, lanky, 6.75 inch wrists.

Is my frame bad? Sometimes i think i look like slender man, other times i look big

Striped shirt i was heavier at 215 don’t know if weight suits me and if i should take lifting seriously.

One in black shirt has mirror distortion but you can see ratios, i thought i had wide hips.

The full body is recent at 195 no distortions

Our bones get a bit thicker until about 28-29.

I am 26, my bones are very weirdly thick in some areas and thin in others.

My ribcage relatively lean is 44 inches around, i don’t every do chest day nor back day but i am starting now. Yet my wrists are quite thin, but then my knee and elbow joints are quite wide and thick.

I am an athlete though so i can’t say i didn’t get any benefits growing up

Maybe try incorporating more forearm exercises. Reverse curls or wrist flexions could help with growing muscle to make wrists larger.
