okay there is a couple things, one is eyelid pulling. Some people say its copium but I have seen noticeable results. pretty much what your buddy is going to want to do is take his thumb and pointer finger, grab his eyelid and slowly pull down towards his eye. do this 4 times for 20 reps each day and try to make each pull last 4 seconds. this should get rid of his upper eyelid expose. results should be noticeable in between a 2 to 4 weeks just do it every day. he also has kind of of a big nose and there's ways to shrink it. I don't personally do it but I'm sure there's a thread on here that teaches you how to do it
