idek if hes 16 or 17 but tbf that can be a good thing, when he gets older he could look more masculine while still looking young. at certain ages ralph macchio (although he isnt like insanely good looking) could slay hella for his youthful appearance

off topic but facial hair when youre younger is going to look like fucking SHIT 90% of the time, stg 15 year olds on here need to stop growing greasy peach fuzz and stay clean shaven until at least nearing 20s (or when they can ACTUALLY grow a nice amount of stubble quickly and their beard connects)

The only thing I can think of is growing a beard since it can elongate and possibly make the lower third look wider. Personally, I don't like a long beard so this advice could be useless.
