Honestly not that big of a difference

Either he debloated or is cheek biting and he’s js squinting. Didn’t do anything to ascend.
I wouldn’t even call it a glow up.

If he actually wants tips. He should fix his filtrum and the bulbousity of his nose. Theres plenty of guides on here on how to do either of those. Either over extending your lips with something like lip liner or injecting PDO threads to lift your upper lip up more or even using hair growth oil to grow that damn pedo Stache he has growing. I honestly don’t like the look of it but if he likes it then at least grow it so it’s thick and shit.
