imo hes probably hltn IRL unfrauded, and yeah id say i am high mtn as well. Im getting braces and expander next week which should ascend me to htn along with me getting leaner

His maxilla is extremely recessed, constantly inflamed/bloated, lots of acne also. he has crazy under eye bags that are worse than mine (i have recessed infras) and he has insane assymetry. I try to help him but he does not listen to me besides diet. He also is a bonesmash coper and theres nothing i can do about it. So I just let him do him and keep coping
