His maxilla can still grow forward and jaw become wider with significant increase in bone mass or density.

I think level 1 orthodontics should be enough to make him ascend a little bit.

Canthal tilt can still improve along side the maxilla cause of better under eye support

His brow ridge can grow giving him a more hooded eye and reducing the upper eyelid exposure

Orbitals and cheeckbones can can still expand and get bigger due to bone mass increase

Like I said it's still too early to tell

With his base he can't become a chad

But saying it's over might be a stretch
