hydrocortisone on nose and topical isotretinoin although i dont have a clue if its as effective as accutane for shrinking the nose, get a tan, moisturize your lips, oral minoxidil, all of these things are by far the easiest things to do, again research on your own also especially with minoxidil its deadly effects on pets arent talked about enough here but whatever

Oral minoxidil grows hair everywhere, scalp, eyelashes, eyebrows, beard, the only downside is the side effects are more common, i only take oral and not topical because I dont want to kill my cats accidentally

Not much to improve if ur not in puberty anymore (guessing your not) but other then debloating diet getting lean minoxidil dying eyebrows haircut theres not much u can do but if your still in puberty id recommend spamming the fuck out of ai hgh test e igf1 ghrp and ghrh for those bones bro ur not gon get much but even a lil better then nothing and make sure to get 8 hours of sleep
