He's pale and and his hair and eyebrows are still lighter than his skin, so he should dye his brows/lashes/hair Darker and get a light tan After that also the hair frizzyness is insane, he should try a conditioner and a leave in

He cant rly do anything abt the friz because his scalp is sensitive and hes unable to use conditioners. Ill give these tips to him
