cant do much, you look fully formed as in 20+ may have to save up and surgery max or the cheapest alternative is filler

18? fairs high Dht, well if youre 18 you still have a chance to still form, although if u want to go down the surgery route BSSO(bilateral sagittal split osteotomy) or double jaw surgery (Bimax) + titanium implants for increasing chin projection this route is very costly and requires savings

I live in Turkey and here the prices for these surgeries are much lower compared to other countries so cost is not as big of an issue

Bro i visited the maxillofacial surgeon and she said that I don’t need bimax surgery, since it’s only done in specific cases. She suggested that if I really want to change something, I could consider fillers instead. What do you recommend? Btw this is my side profile
