definitely posturemaxx, there are some more bad features like canthal tilt but they cant be fixed unless he does surgery
i think his palate is fine so do some basic things like hard mewing 24/7 to apply pressure to prevent further downward growth, if he mouth breathes in the night get some mouth tape, chew hard food and/or hard gum as often as possible to stimulate bone growth
there are some more things to mention but I don't want to write anymore
