MLTN, recessed infras you can barely see his jaw nasal folds jowls, get implants for infras could get a cantho cause there’s a lot of UEE, lengthen hair and he looks like his maxilla is slightly recessed bimax would help other then that there’s only soft maxes if he doesn’t hard max he might be only able to achieve LHTN-MHTN
