Would a lf1 plus bsso with correct rotation plus custom implants be enough to solve most of the asymmetrical issues ?

yeah, as his upper third isnt noticeably assymmetric, (if one eye lower/higher than the other = assymetric upper third)

his assymmetry is only noticeable from below the eyes, primarily lower third and mouth area, that need to be adressed with ur plan

He is indeed a LTN I wouldn't say low LTN probably a MID LTN but he is for sure not a MTN keep in mind Low Mtn is like High LTN with Halo of smth and Mid-High MTN is above average.
