Surgeries, dying his hair and perhaps by lowering his bodyfat percentage.
I dyed his eyebrows and hair. Lowered and narrowed his hairline, I increased the size of his chin and the size of his ramus a little bit as well. Made his upper lip a bit thicker and if you look carefully you can see that his cheekbone to the far left protrudes more as well.
