well atleast get rid of the unibrow.your head posture is fucking terrible too and maybe try mewing + neck curls + chin tucks. your skins fucked too so fix that. get leaner too. the only glaring issue is the abhorrent canthal tilt so genuinely just save up for a canthoplasty. youre probably gonna be sub 5 for a while until you get a canthoplasty but try what u can until then.
