I am lifting for 2 and half years, that shit you are doing doesn't work, more volume doesn't equal growth, genetics are the thing here, both arm same strenght and same working weight, left arm has better biceps peak bcs of genetics and also my other arm is a little bit fuller but smaller peak, same muscle mass. you can't do nothing about it and it's not a big deal either, even arnold had 2 asymmetrical biceps.you look way better than me but cause you asked for a rate i'll tell you.
your right arm is smaller than your left. Ive always had the same issue. Ive just been working out my right biceps on chest day just to try and make em more even.

It doesn't matter. Most of the time they just wanna bite the biceps because they are ovulating and shiOne time a girl commented on one of my biceps being bigger than the other so it might matter![]()

Suffering from muscle imbalance is common, been 5 yrs since I have been training, i also suffered from same for starting few yrs, all u can do is to train the arm lacking either with more vol by incorporating drop sets or go heavy, but heavy weight never worked for meI am lifting for 2 and half years, that shit you are doing doesn't work, more volume doesn't equal growth, genetics are the thing here, both arm same strenght and same working weight, left arm has better biceps peak bcs of genetics and also my other arm is a little bit fuller but smaller peak, same muscle mass. you can't do nothing about it and it's not a big deal either, even arnold had 2 asymmetrical biceps.
