Yes you don’t need alarplasty your nose is okay. Just need to reduce a bit of bulbosity therefore cycle on and off hydrocortisone to reduce “puffiness”

Imo his alar width is his biggest flaw , pfl could be better . His left Zygo in the photo in smaller and sits lower than his left but that’s hardly noticeable
