I gave this girl that I liked a plant through my friend so she can take care of it, and I had to take off and leave the country. She messages me out of the blue saying "our mutual friend is saying that you asked how is the plant doing". I message my friend and he says he didn't talk to her. So I knew that she was just looking for a reason to message me.

I said "I didn't ask about the plant that you have". She said "well sorry if I disturbed you then". I said "no you're too attractive to disturb anyone". She said "seriously?" I said "well maybe you're ugly maybe I just didn't notice " and she started laughing.
