Sliding genio ?

I am not gonna lie unless you have alot of hyoid skin like this:

I ask this cause a sliding genio can improve hyoid appearance more so than a chin implant but here is a caveat.

Lowkey go with an implant, the only reason I say this is cause if you sitting down over thinking whether its worth or not, you might as well go with the implant cause its reversible and more customizable. and some place its even cheaper than a sliding Genio where cut into the bone:

As you can see right here this is a benifit of the slidnding genio has over the chin implant.

(Hyoid are looks better than before, while a chin implant might not give that exact look)


and im curious how much your paying for this as well ?
n which surgeon?

I would need a side pic IRL n not jus the bone to asses

Naw he really doesn't as you can see

he actually has a above average ramus and genial angle
lacking a tad bit of width but luckily this can grow over time via massater muscles,
The only flaw I really see his mandible length and chin

but with a sliding genio (Especially is he is going to get 8mm in forward protrusion) he could create the illusion of longer mandible's

you watch too much Clav and FaceIQ which are people who jus reccomned double jaw to half of the population I can tell.
GO learn about ratios and facial symmetry before sounding retarded

he clearly a mouth breather and has a droopy nose and has lip incompetence, probably has sleep apnea aswell
Genio would just mask the problem
