Clean diet also goes a long way. So no processed foods. I can eat carbs but has to be in form of fruits mostly. Like bananas for example which is good for skin health. I also eat lots of fish, especially sardines and cod liver.

I use them both daily. Coupled with a fish rich diet. Sardines and cod liver are the best ones. The healthy fats will also keep ur skin healthy. For the rest just apply sunscreen when the sun is out. I always use spf 50. Got 0 wrinkles cuz of it.
