please give me advice on my growth chart records. Are they brutal? I think I severely stunted my height growing up because I was constantly in the bottom 3% as far as the weight/height ratio goes. Any tips for improvement?

Mine would look like something like that too, though I don't I've ever been 15 bmi. You have starvemaxxed.
