So I recently started going gym and my friend and I made a split and I would just like feedback on how it could be improved in anyway also this is my first thread so hi 
- Monday: Rest
- Tuesday: Chest + Biceps + Side delts
- Wednesday: Back + Triceps
- Thursday: Shoulders + Legs
- Friday: Rest
- Saturday: Chest + Arms
- Sunday: Back + Shoulders
