5x20 lateral raises
5x10 pullups
2xf bw squats
rope(jumping) for 5 mins few times 3-4-5 idk depends on mood
ohp heaviest dumbell i have 5x10
any ideas bros? should i just rope with jumping rope instead? :feelsez: this indeed is perfect time to gymcel tbh.

Add dips and some form of horizontal row, and you should be fine assuming you're doing this 2 or 3 times a week.
