Dark hair with light eyes mogs imo but tbh doesn’t matter as long as you have good bones ratios and good eye shape you’ll be fine

I think brown hair with green/brown eyes looks high trust, blue eyes and black hair looks more striking

True, I am blonde with hazek eyes, more on brown side sadly but in summer it looks pretty dope tbh.

Maybe Low HTN with mid/high HTN potential if you improve hair style and eyebrows with lashes
