Please tell me which Nordwood stage is my HL. A few months ago I thought I had diffuse thinning in my hairline, but I changed my diet and now I notice that my hairline improved a little.

My eyebrows are not high I think. In these photos it seems because they are cropped, but I think it is an illusion.
