- will bump to 1MG after BW

8IU HGH (4iu morning & 4 iu night)
- will bump to 10IU soon

Morning:
Calcium 1200MG
Vitamin D 2000IU
Vitamin C 1000MG
Vitamin K2 100MCG

Night:
Magnesium Glycinate 210MG
Zinc 50MG EOD

its pretty good and could help you get there. if you want a stronger push use a fgfr3 inhib.
